The beach features many trees which make for great photos. It also has an unusual feature of some steps to a structure that has long since been destroyed. It makes for interesting pictures  but bear in mind that at some times of year the steps are completely covered by sand. (Also remember check the stability of them before climbing up on them!) 

Immediatly inland from the beach is the stalled Paradise Beach Resort construction Project. This high profile luxury resort ran into trouble some time ago and investors (Allegedly including such luminiaries as Simon Cowell and Andrew Lloyd Webber) Have been struggling to get the project restarted. No doubt they will eventually be successful, however this will have an impact on the character of this splendid beach. 

In the meantime, Batts Rock certainly qualifies as one of the best Wedding Beaches in Barbados.
